Refund policy

This policy applies to paid enrolments arranged offline with NodeCraft Path Click. The website itself does not take payments.

Eligibility

Self-paced studio seats may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if fewer than two modules have been opened. Facilitated cohorts may request a full refund up to seven days before the cohort start date.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after a cohort begins but before the midpoint, a partial refund of 40% of the tuition may be offered at our discretion, less any non-recoverable facilitator costs already incurred.

Non-refundable items

Custom on-site workshops, completed private debriefs, and third-party venue fees itemised on an invoice are non-refundable once delivered or committed.

Process

Email hello@nodecraftpath.click with your invoice number and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by NodeCraft Path Click

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom remain unaffected. Where a cooling-off right applies to distance contracts, we honour it as required by law.
